01 Entering the Jungle

By entering the jungle and using our services, you agree to these terms. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jungle Rush (the "Game"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Game immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jungle Rush Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"). Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

02 The Adventure

Jungle Rush is a free-to-play entertainment game hosted on junglerush.fun. The Game is entirely social and recreational in nature. Specifically:

• No real money, currency, or financial assets are wagered at any time
• No real prizes, cash, or items of monetary value can be won
• All in-game tokens exist solely within the game environment
• The Game is not regulated by any gambling authority or body
• Performance within the Game does not predict real-world outcomes

03 Who Can Play

To use Jungle Rush, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

04 Your Coins

The Game uses virtual tokens ("Tokens") for scoring. You acknowledge that these Tokens:

05 Fair Play

You agree not to: use cheats or exploits; attempt to reverse-engineer the Game; use bots or automation; engage in conduct that harms other users; or violate any applicable law while using the Game.

06 Our Creation

All content in Jungle Rush — including graphics, sounds, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Jungle Rush Entertainment and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without prior written permission.

07 No Guarantees

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws of your territory.

08 Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Rush Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or virtual tokens.

09 Rule Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
